Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During launches, sales, or general creative chaos, processing may take a little longer (we appreciate your patience).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees are shown before you complete your purchase—no surprise jumpscares.

Delivery Times

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Once your order ships, it’s officially in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or acts of the mail gods are outside our control.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking will be provided when available.

  • Occasionally, tracking may update late or show as “delivered” before the package actually arrives. If this happens, please allow 1–4 additional days for delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

    • Check around your delivery area and with neighbors

    • Contact your local post office

  • If it still hasn’t shown up after a reasonable amount of time, reach out and we’ll help explore next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
